Each year the Catholic arch/diocesan high schools in the Diocese of Paterson and the Archdiocese of Newark offer an entrance examination for those eighth grade students seeking to attend one of our schools. This year this test will be offered on November 10, 2017 at all three of our diocesan high schools: DePaul Catholic High School in Wayne, Morris Catholic High School in Denville, and Pope John XXIII High School in Sparta. The test is also accepted by archdiocesan high schools.
Registration for this entrance exam is underway. To register for the test and for more information regarding test sites, registration, and the selection of high school choices, please go to
www.njcoopexam.org. Registration for students who do not attend a Catholic elementary school in our diocese must register by October 25th. Students who require additional testing time should refer to that section of the student manual, available at the website, for directions for application.
If you should have questions after review of the website, please contact the Catholic Schools Office at 973-777-8818 ext. 255 or seek more information from any of our Catholic diocesan high schools.
